Drug use can affect sleep, health, judgment, relationships, and work in different ways. Traverse Recovery Center starts with an assessment rather than assuming one program fits everyone. Residential care, PHP, and IOP are available. If medical detox is needed, we help arrange it with a partner provider before treatment at TRC.
Withdrawal risks and treatment needs differ across drugs and medications. Tell admissions what you have used, how often, and whether you have had withdrawal symptoms before. This helps the team decide whether a medical setting is needed before residential or outpatient care.
Many people are dealing with substance use alongside anxiety, depression, trauma, or another mental health concern. TRC can assess either a primary substance use or primary mental health presentation. SAMHSA explains why screening for both matters. A TRC clinician must decide whether our current program is the right fit.
Residential treatment gives you a place to live at the 12-bed Bluffdale facility. PHP provides structured outpatient days. IOP provides ongoing support with fewer hours. An assessment considers your safety, support at home, and current symptoms. See all treatment options.
TRC does not provide medical detox at the residence. We work with partners to arrange placement within 24 hours when clinically appropriate and available. Ask how the transition into a TRC program would work afterward.
Private or employer insurance may cover some care, but the exact plan must be checked. TRC also discusses personal payment. We do not accept Medicaid, but can help with a referral to a nearby American Fork facility that does. Read about payment.
An assessment is needed. Tell admissions which substances are involved so the team can confirm whether TRC can meet your needs.
Some people do. TRC can discuss partner detox placement if medically supervised withdrawal is needed.
TRC can assess people with mental health and substance use concerns together. Admission depends on clinical fit.
Tell us what you are facing. We can discuss an assessment, the care options, and how to check payment before you decide.
